In the cellar: The 2012 wines are maturing.
The last 2011 wines will be bottled before the end of April. The 2012 wines are maturing in oak barrels. The malo-lactic fermentation is beginning due to the rise of the temperature of the spring. |

In the vineyard: The pruning is done.
The vine wakes up with the spring. The sap is going up in the plant and runs out on the pruning wound. We say that the vine is crying.
