In the cellar: The 2011 wines are maturing.
The 2011 wines are now in barrels where they will mature for 12 to 18 months. The malo-lactique fermentation will low the acidity and to give more roundness to the body.
The 2010 wines are bottled. |

In the vineyard: The pruning is done. The vine begins to grow.
